WHAT IT IS: A deliciously opening blend of herbs, botanicals, spices and essential oils for cleansing, purifying and opening nasal passages for easy breathing. Especially useful during times of headache, colds, flu and other congestive illnesses.

HOW TO ENJOY
As an herbal facial steam: (this would be 'step 3') After a facial cleanse and exfoliating scrub or during a cold or flu, cover small handful of herb with boiled water; allow to cool slightly and place towel over head to create steam tent. Breathe deeply and enjoy for 3- 5 minutes twice per week or as often as needed until symptoms subside. Strain cooled tea and enjoy in a soothing bath or pour strained tea onto hair for a cooling and soothing tea rinse.
As a tub tea: Place a few scoops of herb directly into running water for a soothing bath, or fill a tea bag with your herb blend and place in running water.
As a soothing headache relief: Use as directed above. Or, open container top and inhale deep relaxing breathes to allow relief of headache and stress.
